NEIGHBOURHOOD TRAILS INTRODUCTION

Neighbourhood Trails have come about during the Covid-19 lockdown periods as many people have been walking around thier local areas discovering many things  they were previously unaware of. Similar in format to  a village or town trail, but without questions, it is simply an information sheet that rather than being printed could be uploaded to the local Arts Society website for all members to share.

Neighbourhood Trails have now been extended to include Train Branch Line Trails. These trails are designed for use during the journey pointing out the art, architecture, local history, and culture along the route. A poster has been added to the Recent Neighbourhood Trails section with a QR code which you can scan to see the full trail.

Please only include photographs in town and village trails of public buildings and landmarks, i.e. exclude pictures of private residences and buildings. Photographs used in the trail should be taken by the trail creators to avoid issues of copyright.
